Introducing “At Our Core”—A Blog Series Featuring BARR Advisory’s Core Values

You can tell a lot about a company by its core values. At BARR, our core values set a firm foundation for everything we do. They’re at the forefront as we forge new partnerships, hire new associates, create new service lines, and more. More importantly, they are the light that guides us toward our mission “to simplify the path to security and compliance for a more secure world.”

Whether you’re looking to establish or enhance the core values at your own company, sometimes it’s helpful to see what values others consider core to their business and how they put them into action. 

“Our core values are more than words here at BARR,” said Brad Thies, founder and president. “They are the lens in which we view ourselves and how we measure our success.”

“These values are a reflection of what we believe, how we conduct business, and the way in which we conduct ourselves—inside and outside the workplace,” said Thies. “We always strive to exceed client and partner expectations, and just as our namesake suggests, raise the ‘BARR’ in everything we do.”
